    Our focus is on coordinating consultants, managing scope clarity, and driving the design towards buildable, cost-effective solutions. We identify gaps and risks early, track deliverables, and ensure the design aligns with the procurement strategy, programme requirements, and site constraints.

  • Creation of subset requirements and contract documentation specific to a clients identified needs. Including OIRs, AIRs, PIRs and BEPs.

  • We create tailored BEPs aligned with project goals, delivery strategy, and asset information requirements — setting the foundation for a successful digital project.

  • We review and audit BEPs for completeness, clarity, and compliance — ensuring that what is written in the plan aligns with the client’s expectations and is delivered in practice.

  • Our construction-focused reviews assess whether designs are truly build-ready and highlight issues before they impact procurement or site activity.

  • We interrogate construction documentation to identify unresolved scope, inconsistencies, and detailing risks — reducing RFIs, variations, and onsite delays. Capturing or identifying issues prior to delivery of for construction documentation.

  • We deliver structured reports and visual outputs that show where models meet or fall short of construction-ready detail — giving clients and contractors confidence in what has been supplied within the documentation.

  • We provide design management during the construction phase to ensure the design intent is accurately realised on site.

    Acting as the bridge between consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, we resolve detailing issues, track RFIs, and maintain alignment between the design documentation and what is built. We monitor consultant performance, support buildability decisions, and proactively manage design risk to help prevent variations and programme delays.

  • We lead the integration of BIM across project teams, from authoring and coordination through to compliance with BEPs and project-specific BIM deliverables.

  • Working on behalf of the subcontractor we deliver a full services BIM coordination package. Working with Main contractors and the client project team to delivery efficient and professional BIM services.

  • We align model data with the construction programme to visualise sequencing, identify programme risks early, and support construction logistics planning.

  • We offer early-stage estimating and cost reviews informed by real-world delivery constraints — enabling more accurate budget control before tendering.

    Contract reviews as well as BIM specific documentation reviews for tendering.

  • We ensure MEP services are spatially coordinated with structure and architecture to avoid clashes and site-level redesign.

  • We produce coordinated, fabrication-ready shop drawings.

    Our focus is on buildability and compliance. We have experience producing shop drawings for precast, structural steel, MEP services, windows, doors, facade systems, fuel systems, and generators. In short if it requires shop drawings, we have most likely either done it or have the expertise to produce it.

  • Our accurate, model-based as-builts reflect real-world installation and construction changes, supporting compliance and handover documentation.

  • We capture and structure asset data during construction or on existing assets to ensure it’s accurate, complete, and ready for use in Asset and Facility Management systems at handover.

  • We create digital twins that connect models and asset data, giving clients a live, usable view of their assets for ongoing management and decision-making.
